Ben Wah and the Blue balls will play for the Halloween Party at the Canyon Grill this Saturday, October 31st! We will be awarding prizes for the three best costumes and one for the worst!
This past weekend at the Grill was a busy one - Friday night Mad Dog and John Johnston played to a packed house. Saturday, the owner of the bed-and-breakfast nextdoor had a birthday celebration on the patio at the Canyon Grill. It was chilly but we had a big fire in the firepit and an enormous heater going. Sunday, we celebrated another birthday, with Ben Wah playing at 3 in the afternoon. The Canyon Grill Divas bowling team played a make-up game at lunchtime in celebration of the birthday. A good time was had by all!

Busy Weekend at the Canyon Grill!
Friday, October 16th, LA-based blues band The Hammer Smith Band performs at the Canyon Grill at 7 PM. Saturday, Karaoke at the Grill from 7 to 10 PM!
Since the Broncos play San Diego for Monday Night Football, the Canyon Grill Tailgate Party Specials will include pizza! (Much better than having Tammy, the Tailgate Party Griller, standing outside in the dark and cold!)
Don't forget the upcoming Halloween Party on Saturday, October 31st - Ben Wah and the Blue Balls will be playing and there will be prizes for costumes! Food and drink specials to be announced.

Poker Run a Success!
The Charles Young Benefit Poker Run sponsored by the Canyon Grill on October 3rd was a great success!
There were about 48 participants registered at The Hide Out, our first stop, where the breakfast buffet started the chilly morning out on the right foot.
Traveling to the T-Bar Inn in Wellington, Crazy Jack's Saloon in Fort Collins, and the Windjammer in Loveland, the riders ended up at the Canyon Grill where they enjoyed a beautiful sunny day on the patio.
Raffle prizes from many generous donors were distributed in the Canyon Grill (Papa Juke, the live band performing later that evening, kindly lent their sound system for the announcing of prizes!). Gift certificate donors included Q-doba, Applebees, Black and White Hair Salon, Hooters, Highline Motors, and Lady of the Lake Tattoos. T-shirts were donated by Crazy Jacks, Full Throttle Coffee, and Thunder Mountain. Pringle's Liquors donated two lovely wine baskets and the Candlelight Dinner Theater donated two tickets.
Charles Young, his wife Shannon, and her mother Renee and sister Jessica did a fantastic job managing the stops and the cards, and they had a great time, too!
The Canyon Grill appreciates all the donations and all the particpants in our first Poker Run!

Saturday, October 3rd, the Canyon Grill is sponsoring a Benefit Poker Run for Charles Young, who was injured when a driver made a left turn in front of his Harley. The Run starts at the Hide Out in Fort Collins at 10AM, continues to the T-Bar Inn in Wellington, Crazy Jack's in Fort Collins, the Windjammer in Loveland, and ends at the Canyon Grill for prizes and live music by Papa Juke.
Later on Saturday night, there will be Karaoke from 9PM to 1AM!
Sunday, Turquoise Wing will be performing for the first time at the Canyon Grill from 6 to 9. During the Broncos game against Dallas at 2:15, there will be a tailgate party at the Grill, with a burger or brat and a well drink or beer for $3.00! There may be a few squares left on the football pool!

Canyon Grill
The Canyon Grill at Horsetooth Reservoir, about ten minutes from Fort Collins, Colorado, has a large outdoor patio with a cantina-style bar

Breakfast is served at the Canyon Grill on weekends from 8 AM to Noon (just try the breakfast burrito!).
The Grill has 50-cent wings (HOT, sweet-n-tangy, or BBQ) all day, everyday, and $1.50 PBR! Happy Hour Specials (Monday through Friday, 4 PM to 6 PM) change monthly and there is a different Tailgate Special during every Bronco game!
